一、对接产业办专业
木业产品设计与制造成立于2007年,于2015年入选教育部“全国首批现代学徒制试点专业”,于2019年入选江苏省高等职业教育高水平骨干专业。专业立足长三角林产工业发达地区,面向全国办学,并从2023年开始招收国外留学生,在国内外相关行业具有较高的知名度和一定的影响力。
自专业开设以来,培养毕业生近三百名。就业范围广泛,就业抢手,起薪高,发展好,历届就业率达100%。从近年就业调研情况来看,毕业后80%以上的同学选择本专业工作,并且皆为国内较大规模企业,如圣象集团、昆仑绿建、亚振家居、北美枫情、德国蓝帜(南京)公司、江苏汉宁智慧家具、大亚集团等,起薪工资在5000元左右,排名位于全校前列。用人单位对学生满意度高。毕业生既有学生攻读浙江农林大学、华南农业大学等院校研究生,又有学生被西南民族大学等本专科院校以高层次技能人才引进,成为大学老师!
二、因材施教定方向
专业办学以立德树人为根本任务,为党育人,为国育才。顺应职教改革潮流,深化“三教改革”,为学生职业发展计,专业构建了“七段式工学结合”现代学徒制人才培养创新模式并重构了“岗位模块化”课程体系。根据学生兴趣,设置生物质材料与应用、家居设计、景观木结构工程三个专业方向供学生选择。经过一年的通识课程和专业基础课程的学习,从大学二年级开始自由选择专业方向进行深入学习。
三、实训实验创一流
专业所属实训基地-精细木工国际赛训中心(投入400多万),硬件条件国内一流,多年来一直承办世界技能大赛江苏选拔赛及国家林业和草原局技能大赛,在国内同类高职院校中具有较大影响力!专业所属生物质工程材料实验室、木制品鉴定与性能检测实验室等实验室(投入200余万)在国内同类高职院校中处于领先地位!
四、师资团队实力强
本专业拥有一支学历高、能力强、有朝气的高素质教学团队。目前拥有专任教师10人,专职实验员2人,柔性引进业内国际知名学者1人,其中副高以上职称4人。专任教师中有硕士生导师1人、博士后1人、博士2人、在读博士2人,具有加拿大、德国留学经历2人。团队中,有世界技能大赛精细木工项目国家级教练3人、江苏省五一劳动奖章获得者1人、全国技能大赛优秀指导老师5人,省“青蓝工程”“金山英才”各1人,“双师型”教师比例达100%。此外,还聘请了企业的11名能工巧匠担任本专业兼职教师。教师团队主编国家林草局规划教材4部,立项省级在线开发课程1门,立项校级教学资源库1项,获省级教学能力大赛二等奖1项。
五、技能培养结硕果
自2016年参与精细木工与家具制作世界级技能大赛以来,成绩斐然!叶希珈、苏子杰、郭雨婷被授予“全国技术能手”称号。叶希珈获得2016年中国技能大赛暨第44届世界技能大赛全国选拔赛中获精细木工项目冠军,杨舒华获得2017年全国林业技能大赛一等奖,陈情获得2018世界木材日国际青年家具制作邀请赛(中国区)选拔赛一等奖,郭雨婷、苏子杰获得全国林草技能大赛精细木工赛项一等奖,叶希珈获得2021全国工业设计大赛家具设计师赛项教师组一等奖第一名,王成钢获得学生组一等奖第一名。
六、继续深造途径广
专科三年毕业后,可通过专接本、专转本、专升本三种途径进入本科院校。尤其是,本专业对接南京林业大学工业设计专业,可通过专接本,实现本科梦!另外,本专业与德国罗森海姆应用技术大学、加拿大新不伦瑞克大学、瑞士伯尔尼应用技术大学等国外高校具有良好合作关系,可推荐学有余力同学出国深造!
WOOD PRODUCT DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

The specialized subject-wood product design and manufacturingin Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry was established in 2007, and selected asthe first batch of modern apprenticeship specialized subjectsby Ministry of Education of China in 2015, and in turn selected asone high-level backbone major in higher vocational educationin Jiangsu Province in 2019. Based on the advanced background of forest industry in the Yangtze River Delta, this specialty faces the whole nation. Thus, it has a high popularity and certain influence in the relevant industries at home and abroad.
Since the establishment of the subject, hundreds of graduates have been trained. The employment is hot, and the starting salary is high. According to the survey, more than 80% of graduates choose to work in this field. With the transfer of the forest industry chain tocountries along the Belt and Road, a large number of employment opportunities will come.
To teach students according to their aptitude
In line with the trend of vocational education reform, we deepen the "three education reform", build a "seven-stage work-study combination" modern apprenticeship talent training innovation for students' career development, and reconstruct the modular curriculum system. Three major directions have been set, covering bio-based materials and applications, furniture design, and wood engineering in landscape. After one year's study, students can freely choose one direction for in-depth study.
To create first-class practice and experiment base
The training base of the specialty -International competition and training center of fine carpentryhas first-class equipment in China. For many years, it has been hosting theJiangsu Selection Competition of World Skillsand theSkills Competition held by National Forestry and Grassland Administration, which has a great influence in vocational colleges in China!Bio-based engineering materials laboratory,wood identification and performance testing laboratoryand other laboratories belonging to this specialty are in the leading position among vocational colleges in China!
To improve the skills of teaching
Wehave a high-quality teaching team with good education background, strong ability, and vitality. At present, the faculty includes ten full-time professors, two full-time technicians, and one adjunct professor. Among them, two faculties have studied in Canada and Germany. In the team, there are three national coaches of the fine woodworking project of theWorld Skills Competition. In addition, eleven skilled craftsmen from the enterprise were also employed as part-time professors.
